Much of my coaching style derives from years of working with college students to help them figure out their direction and how to lean into their unique gifts and talents.

But equally, much of my coaching and desire to help others grow more aware of God's longing for them comes from my experiences as a pilgrim on the Camino to Santiago de Compostela in Spain, and the importance of moving towards big goals with a single step at a time.

Let me be your companion on the way and help you combat analysis paralysis and fear of the unknown, while also helping with reflection and discernment using Catholic coaching.
